What is Premature Ejaculation?

What is Premature Ejaculation?

What is Premature Ejaculation?
Rapid climax, early ejaculation, premature ejaculation, whatever you call it, it’s a problem plaguing hundreds of men, although many might not admit it. That’s because ever since ancient times sexual performance has been linked to a man’s virility and masculinity. It’s easy to understand then why a man might want to avoid talking about his ejaculation concerns, either with his partner or anyone else. However, premature ejaculation is actually the most common sexual problem faced by men. Whether it is a persistent concern, or just an occasional incident, most men have reported having some trouble with controlling their ejaculation at one point or another.

Recent polls have shown that the average length of intercourse is usually anywhere between 2 to 12 minutes. Most often those diagnosed with premature ejaculation climax in less than a minute or two, and there are even those who ejaculate before there is any sort of penetration. In all actuality, “too short” is really just a matter of opinion. The most important factor is if a man feels that he is unable to control his ejaculation and is frequently climaxing before he would like. Any man who feels that this is a problem for him may be suffering from some form of premature ejaculation.

When a man is suffering from premature ejaculation, he is often climaxing before his partner and in the case of most men it is difficult if not impossible for them to continue intercourse after ejaculating. That’s because chemicals are released when a man ejaculates and these are the same chemicals that make a person feel sleepy and/or not aroused. It’s not that they have suddenly lost interest; just their brain is telling them that the sex is over. This effect is more prominent after intercourse than after masturbation because intercourse actually causes four times more of these chemicals to be released. If premature ejaculation occurs frequently, it can lead to embarrassment for the man and sexual frustration for both partners.

How to keep erect

How to keep erect - Longer

Performance Anxiety.

1. Talk to your gf about it and tell her kind of whats going on and see if she will be willing to help you through it ( this was probably most helpful for me!)

2. Try to relax take deep breathes before, because you know its all in your head (Take a deep breathe and hold it in for 5 seconds then release repeat as many times as you have to until you are calmed down)

3. Do not set high expectations for yourself, it takes practice to be good at anything so do not expect to be a master starting out

4. Ginko Biloba helped me it helps give you a positive mood and increases blood flow to the extremities

5. Try to think of it as more of a challenge than a problem (Think Positive at all times, once a negative thought comes in your head get rid of it and replace it with a positive one)

6. I also tried something called Libido Max and it helps a little bit ( Promises a bunch of things, but really just makes your libido go up)
It takes about 2 weeks to really see an effect "Take 3 or 4 day"

7. Go to the doc and get a sample of viagra or cialis (anything like that, it does need stimulation to work though so it works best if you are calmed down a little bit) Does help to give you a little bit of a crutch though
(There is also a site that you can buy viagra with an online diagnosis, cannot find that right now, you must be 18 though) I will try to find it and add it later, I am at work so I cannot get that for you at the moment (Much cheaper to go with one of the samples from a doc though)

8. Masturbation before also helps with your nerves and Premature Ejaculations

9. Also there is something call Plan B you could buy it and keep it around so you do not have to worry about using a condom. Only do this if you know for sure she is clean. Just talk to her before hand and be sure she would be willing take it though. Just take it right after sex and you do not have worry about any little ones (Probably try this as a last resort.)

10. Get her turned on and after she is lubricated just stick it in soft and hold your base and it will harden up pretty quick usually

Go through some or all of these if necessary and be patient and positive with yourself and you should be just fine. After doing a couple times I have beat my challenge I want it all the time now and have no troubles.

ED in young men - Causes

ED --» in young men

Erectile dysfunction in younger men. With younger men, psychological problems are the likeliest reason for erectile dysfunction. Tension and anxiety may arise from poor communication with the sexual partner or a difference in sexual preferences. The sexual difficulties may also be linked to these factors:
  • Depression
  • Fatigue
  • Stress
  • Feelings of inadequacy
  • Personal sexual fears
  • Rejection by parents or peers
  • Sexual abuse in childhood

  • The most common cause of erectile dysfunction for young men is anxiety. This may include concerns about getting someone pregnant, not wanting to appear inexperienced, or worrying about using a condom without embarrassment or losing your erection while putting a condom on.
In young mans the main reason its anxiety, its possible to be physical causes, but its not very common.
So try to keep all that stress away, always look for a calm ambient, put a part other problems you may have about any situation work, and try step by step.

Other causes that may cause impotence in young mans

What physical causes are there?

Common physical causes include:
  • deterioration of the arteries – this is a physical change which is common in older men, including those with high blood pressure
  • diabetes
  • smoking
  • excessive drinking (hence the phrase 'Brewer's droop')
  • being obese and out-of-condition
  • side-effects of certain drugs, notably ones for blood pressure and depression
  • effects of recreational drugs, like cocaine
  • major surgery in the abdomen – particularly on the prostate gland.
Less common physical causes include:
  • excessive drainage of blood from the veins of the penis (‘venous leak’)
  • diseases of the nervous system
  • injury to the spinal cord or brain
  • hormone problems, including excess production of a pituitary hormone called prolactin (this is rare).

Common Causes of Erectile Dysfunction

  Common Causes of Erectile Dysfunction

First lets learn the process to obtain an erection..

Erections

When a man becomes sexually excited , his brain sends signals to the nerves in his penis. The nerves increase the blood flow to the penis, causing the tissue to expand and harden. Therefore, anything that interferes with the nervous system or the blood circulation could lead to ED.
Anything that affects libido (level of sexual desire) can also cause ED because a reduced libido makes it more difficult for the brain to trigger an erection. Psychological conditions, such as depression, can reduce libido, as can changes in hormone levels (chemicals that are produced by the body).

Physical causes

There are four main types of health conditions that can cause physical problems resulting in ED. These are:
  • vasculogenic – conditions that affect the flow of blood to your penis
  • neurogenic – conditions that affect your nervous system, which is made up of your brain, nerves and spinal cord
  • hormonal – conditions that affect your hormone levels
  • anatomical – conditions that affect the physical structure of your penis

Vasculogenic conditions

Examples of vasculogenic conditions that can cause ED include:
  • cardiovascular disease – a disease of the heart or blood vessels, such as atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries)
  • high blood pressure (hypertension)
  • diabetes – a condition that is caused by too much sugar (glucose) in the blood. This can affect both the blood supply and the nerve endings in your penis, so it is also a neurogenic condition.
ED is strongly associated with cardiovascular disease. For this reason, it may be one of the first causes that your GP considers when making your diagnosis and planning your treatment.

Neurogenic conditions

Examples of neurogenic conditions that can cause ED include:
  • multiple sclerosis – a condition that affects the body's actions and activities, such as movement and balance
  • Parkinson’s disease – a condition that affects the way that the brain coordinates body movements, including walking, talking and writing
  • a spinal injury or disorder
  • stroke – a serious medical condition that occurs when the blood supply to the brain is interrupted

Hormonal conditions

Examples of hormonal conditions that can cause ED include:
  • hypogonadism – a condition that affects the production of the male sex hormone, testosterone, causing abnormally low levels
  • an overactive thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism) – where too much thyroid hormone is produced
  • an underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism) – where not enough thyroid hormone is produced
  • Cushing's syndrome – a condition that affects the production of a hormone called cortisol

 Anatomical conditions

Peyronie's disease, which affects the tissue of the penis, is an example of an anatomical condition that can cause ED.

Medicinal causes

In some men, certain medicines can cause ED, including:
  • diuretics – medicines that increase the production of urine and are often used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), heart failure and kidney disease
  • antihypertensives – medicines, such as beta-blockers, that are used to treat high blood pressure
  • fibrates – medicines that are used to lower cholesterol levels
  • antipsychotics – medicines that are used to treat some mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia
  • antidepressants – medicines that are used to treat depression and some types of pain
  • corticosteroids – medication that contains steroids, which are a type of hormone
  • H2-antagonists – medicines that are used to treat stomach ulcers
  • anticonvulsants – medicines that are used to treat epilepsy
  • antihistamines – medicines that are used to treat allergic health conditions, such as hay fever
  • anti-androgens – medication that suppresses androgens (male sex hormones)
  • cytotoxics – medication used in chemotherapy to prevent cancer cells from dividing and growing
Speak to your GP if you are concerned that a prescribed medicine is causing ED. Alternative medication may be available. However, it is important never to stop taking a prescribed medicine unless you are advised to do so by your GP or another qualified healthcare professional who is responsible for your care.

Psychological causes

Possible psychological causes of ED include:
  • depression – feelings of extreme sadness that last for a long time
  • anxiety – a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear
ED can often have both physical and psychological causes. For example, if you have diabetes, it may be difficult for you to get an erection, which may cause you to become anxious about the situation. The combination of diabetes and anxiety may lead to an episode of ED.
There are many emotional issues that may also affect your physical ability to get or maintain an erection. These include:
  • relationship problems, such as being unable to talk openly about any problems that you have
  • lack of sexual knowledge
  • past sexual problems
  • past sexual abuse
  • being in a new relationship

Other causes

Other possible causes of ED include:
  • excessive alcohol intake
  • tiredness
  • using illegal drugs, such as cannabis, heroin or cocaine

Muse ED - MUSE ED Treatment

Muse ED

If you and your wife are suffering with Erectile Dysfunction (ED) i believe you have been searching for all the kind of information you can get.

Its quite normal in nowadays, when we have a problem about any kind to search over internet, one solution.

In this search i bet you already heard about Muse ED.

So what is this?
How it works Muse ED?
Is it safe?
Muse ED really works?

I will try to answer that questions in a simple and clear way.

First lets talk about how it works Muse ED...

An applicator is used to insert a small pellet of medicine inside the opening at the end of the penis. The pellet dissolves and the medicine causes an erection. The erection can last for at least 30 minutes.

As you see its very simple to use.

Who should use MUSE?

MUSE stands for "medicated urethral system for erections." The medicine is a small pellet that is inserted inside the opening at the end of the penis (urethra). The applicator has a thin tube that contains the pellet of medicine. The tube is inserted into the urethra. By pressing a button on the applicator, you release the pellet. The medicine is absorbed through the membrane that lines the inside of the urethra. An erection develops in about 10 minutes and lasts at least 30 minutes, but usually less than 60 minutes.

As you can read in this description, MUSE can solve your problem in a easy and simple way.

How It Works??

The medicine relaxes the muscles in the surrounding blood vessels of the penis, increasing the blood flow into the penis. This allows an erection to occur. The medicine is inserted into the penis before sex. How well it works depends on how much medicine is inserted.
Long-term use of MUSE may improve a man's ability to have erections, particularly in men whose erection problems have psychological causes.

Pay attention to this description "particularly in men whose erection problem are psychological".

If you don't know the causes of your ED please visit your doctor  or a specialist in Erectile Dysfunction to get an accurate diagnosis.

Why It Is Used??

This medicine may be prescribed for erection problems (erectile dysfunction) that are caused by psychological or physical problems, or both. Short-term use may help increase confidence in men whose erection problems are psychological.

How Well It Works

This medicine is effective, but how well it works depends on the dose you use. More than 6 out of 10 men had successful intercourse at least once using a higher dose of MUSE. But smaller doses had smaller percentages of positive results.1

Side Effects

Side effects of MUSE are usually minor and may include:
  • Pain in the penis or urethra.
  • Mild injury to the urethra, such as a small scrape that produces a drop of blood at the tip of the urethra.
  • A painful, prolonged erection (priapism). Call your doctor if an erection lasts longer than 3 hours. If the erection isn't relieved, it may damage tissues inside the penis.
The MUSE system does not cause bruising or scar tissue, like injections may.
See Drug Reference for a full list of side effects. (Drug Reference is not available in all systems.)

Erectile dysfunction ... and Now??

Erectile dysfunction

 What is Erectile Dysfunction??

Erectile dysfunction, also known as impotence, is a sexual dysfunction characterized by the inability to develop or maintain an erection of the penis for satisfactory sexual intercourse regardless of the capability of ejaculation.

In simple words this might be your problem.

Erectile Dysfunction and Causes...

There are several underlying causes, such as diabetes, many of which are medically reversible. The causes of erectile dysfunction may be physiological or psychological.

Psychological impotence can often be helped by almost anything that the patient believes in; there is a very strong placebo effect.
Erectile dysfunction is characterized by the inability to maintain an erection.
Normal erections during sleep and in the early morning suggest a psychogenic cause, while loss of these erections may signify underlying disease, often cardiovascular in origin.

Other factors leading to erectile dysfunction are diabetes mellitus (causing neuropathy) or hypogonadism (decreased testosterone levels due to disease affecting the testicles or the pituitary gland).

Are you suffering with this, not only for you, but also for your wife or girlfriend?
ED can destroy a relationship, but in this days ED have 95% of cure, you don't have to be embraced to talk about this with your doctor.

Depending on the cause of your Erectile Dysfunction problem, i bet your doctor will help you to find the best treatment for your case.

Always remember ED can be treated.
